Panshanger Park – Study Day 2nd May 2017

Panshanger Park is a Grade II* HE  registered landscape and lies within the ‘Central Herts Green Corridor’.

The study Day on 2nd May 2017 will trace the involvement of the Friends of Panshanger Park in the conservation and restoration of this section of the Mimram Valley and adjacent plateaux following extensive gravel extraction.

The Study Day will be held from 10.30 am to 12.45 pm at Mayflower Place, Hertingfordbury, SG14 2LG. Go to Entry Form to register.

The day will end with a guided walk at Panshanger Park through Humphry Repton’s historic landscape to appreciate the beauty of the site and the on-going challenges  associated with its restoration.
