The Welwyn Rubbish Action Group (WRAG) entered the Great British Spring Clean, and made an impact on Sunday 4th March 2017 . Details of that event can be found on the Great British Spring Clean website.
The Welwyn Group, led by Sarah Butcher, meets every third Sunday and has recently seen record turnouts. As always, bags and pickers for those that need them can be provided. Meet in the usual place, the car park opposite the doctor’s surgery at 11 am. on the third Sunday each month.
New volunteers are always welcomed, and routes are carefully planned so that people work safely in organised groups.
If you are not certain of the dates, have a look at the WRAG Calendar or the Welwyn Events Calendar.
